FCC will vote on 5G plan for faster local deployments and reduced fees

At a press conference today in Indianapolis, FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr announced that the commission will vote in three weeks on an order to speed 5G deployments across the United States, a plan based on bills already passed in many U.S. states.
