Narcos and its upcoming season for Netflix will visit the 1980's and the rise of the infamous Guadalajara Cartel. Narcos: Mexico stars Diego Luna as the head and founder of the Mexican drug trade, Félix Gallardo, while Michael Peña stars opposite of Luna as a law enforcement official.
