Trail Blazers waive Gary Payton II, Cameron Oliver and Chinanu Onuaku

The Portland Trail Blazers have waived guard Gary Payton II, forward Cameron Oliver, center Chinanu Onuaku. All three players were signed to training camp contracts last month.
