Yesterday, a rumor was going around that Chance the Rapper was going to run for mayor of Chicago after the superstar tweeted a paraphrase of his line "they screaming Chano for mayor, I'm thinking maybe I should" before revealing that he was holding a press conference at Chicago's City Hall.
