Samsung Unveils 48 and 32 Megapixel Smartphone Sensors

Samsung has introduced two new 0.8-micrometer (μm) pixel image sensors for smartphones - the 48-megapixel (Mp) Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 and the 32Mp ISOCELL Bright GD1. One or both of these may be used in the next-generation Samsung Galaxy S10, which is due out in February 2019.
