James Turrell Closes 'Skypace' Installation Due to Luxury Condo Construction

James Turrell has shut down his most-popular Skyspace installation at MoMA PS1 in New York City. A scaffolding from a nearby construction site was apparently obstructing the view of a work in the permanent installation. Entitled Meeting, the closed artwork features an enclosed space with LED lighting that changes depending on the sun's location in the sky.
