Kelsey Berreth‘s parents believe that their daughter was killed because of a custody fight. They amended a wrongful a wrongful death lawsuit against Kelsey’s accused murderer and former fiance Patrick Frazee. Cheryl and Darryl Berreth‘s suit now claims that Patrick Frazee may have murdered Kelsey to gain sole custody of the couple’s one-year-old daughter, Kaylee.
