Roots Picnic Announces New Venue and Line-Up: H.E.R., 21 Savage, Lil Baby and More

It was announced today that the annual Roots Picnic is moving from its mainstay at Philadelphia's Penn's Landing and onto "greener pastures" at the Mann Music Center in Fairmount Park.
