Mercedes-Benz Sues Artists over Murals Featured in Its Instagram Photos

This Monday, Mercedes-Benz filed a federal lawsuit claiming that it has the right to feature street art in advertisements surrounding its G 500 vehicle. Photos of the ads were posted on Instagram last year, spotlighting the SUV set against backdrops of murals located at the Eastern Market in Detroit.
