New grant supports promising research in solar energy

(University of Delaware) Research scientist Ujjwal Das is part of a collaborative team that has won an $800,000 grant from the US Department of Energy for a new approach to improving the efficiency of silicon solar cells in ways easily adapted for standard manufacturing processes.
