On-the-mend Ramirez won't fight until 2020

Jose Ramirez, who is recovering from hand surgery, said Wednesday that he will not be able to fight on Nov. 30, as Top Rank had planned. The unified junior welterweight world titlist instead will return to the ring in 2020.
