Light heavyweight Ward to undergo knee surgery

Light heavyweight Joe Ward, who injured his left knee in his pro debut last Saturday, will undergo knee surgery that will sideline him at least four months, co-promoter Lou DiBella told ESPN's Dan Rafael.
