Falcons' Quinn reassigns 3 assistants on staff

Back from the bye, Falcons coach Dan Quinn has made changes to the roles of some of his assistants, including moving Raheem Morris over to the defense to work with the secondary and Bernie Parmalee back to runnings backs coach.
