nTIDE December 2019 Jobs Report: End-of-year gains minimal for people with disabilities

(Kessler Foundation) 'The labor market's continuing strength seems to be benefiting workers with disabilities,' said John O'Neill, Ph.D., director of employment and disability research at Kessler Foundation. 'This gain in the employment-to-population ratio is similar to what we saw last month. In the new year, we hope to see a return to the positive pattern of 2016-2017, when there was steady improvement in the employment situation for people with disabilities.'
