Netflix has announced a weeklong comedy festival to Los Angeles called Netflix Is a Joke Fest. The event will feature acts such as Dave Chappelle, David Letterman, Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Amy Schumer, Bill Burr and Kevin Hart.
