Prof. Dr. Christian Drosten: Award for outstanding achievements in science communication

(Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin) Prof. Dr. Christian Drosten, Director of Charité's Institute of Virology, has been awarded the 'Special Award for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Communication during the COVID-19 Pandemic'. Presented by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and 'Stifterverband' (Donor's Association), the award carries a prize of €50,000.
