Mondaire Jones and Ritchie Torres Are Poised to Make LGBTQ+ History in Congress

Bronx-born Torres, 32, and Jones, 33, of suburban Westchester County, are on track to become the first openly gay Black congressman. Torres would also become the first openly gay Afro-Latinx member of Congress.
