'Bones' to caddie for friend Thomas at St. Jude

With Justin Thomas' regular caddie, Jimmy Johnson, not feeling well enough to work this week's WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational, Thomas will have Jim "Bones" Mackay, Phil Mickelson's former caddie, on his bag.
