(Aarhus University) Thousands of Danes use ACE inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor blockers against elevated blood pressure or heart problems, and they may have an improved chance of surviving severe influenza or pneumonia infections. This is shown by a study from the Department of Clinical Epidemiology at Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital in Denmark.
