Clinical trial of anti-VISTA cancer antibody therapy opens for patient enrollment

(Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center) Dartmouth and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Norris Cotton Cancer Center will serve as one of the lead institutions for a new multi-center clinical trial of anti-VISTA, now open and recruiting for patient enrollment. The trial is a Phase I study of a therapeutic antibody designed to target a molecule that keeps the immune system quiet against cancer in adult patients with advanced solid tumors.
