Most people shooting with mirrorless cameras shoot with the Exposure Preview on. I've never personally been a fan of it, and I've always turned it off. In my mind, you should just learn to read the damn light meter, to begin with, and not always rely on what the screen says. One could think that this is an old school way of thinking--but there are lots of performance benefits.
