Collaboration earns $1.35 million grant to reduce impact of substance abuse in Appalachia

(West Virginia University) Dr. Judith Feinberg and Dr. Gordon Smith, both from WVU, will collaborate with Lisa Jones from the Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center to administer a $1.35 million grant with the aim to help people who once injected drugs and come from areas savaged by job losses.
