Treasury's 'Gift' To The Fed - And To Our States, Cities, And Small Businesses

Many are denouncing Treasury Secretary Mnuchin's announcement that Treasury will discontinue the CARES Act lending programs. Instead, they should celebrate. With Mnuchin out of the picture, the Fed can now do these things right - and use ALL of the Regional Fed Banks in doing so.
