Professor works to bring new brain implant for the blind closer to reality

(University of Texas at Dallas) Researchers from The University of Texas at Dallas and partner institutions have developed an implant device that aims to generate a rough perception of sight for people with blindness. The device will be tested in a small clinical trial.
