OWC's new Envoy Pro FX SSD is an 'ultra rugged' SSD with max sequential read speeds of 2,800MB/s

Other World Computing (OWC) has announced the Envoy Pro FX, a waterproof and 'ultra rugged' plug-and-play SSD that offers sequential read/write speeds of up to 2,800MB/s. The bus-powered SSD is constructed of aluminum. In addition to making the SSD IP67 rated, the aluminum housing also acts as a heat sink to passively cool the internal OWC Aura memory.
