Gio Urshela says he's hitting and throwing, promises to be ready for Opening Day following elbow surgery

Gio Urshela, who had surgery to remove a bone fragment from his right elbow in December, said he is hitting and throwing and that he will be ready for Opening Day. Urshela, receiving the Thurman Munson Award Tuesday night, is already in Tampa working out.
