Travis Scott is working on bringing food to 50,000 Houston residents who have been impacted by the Texas Winter Storm.The rapper's Cactus Jack Foundation is collaborating with the city of Houston to build an emergency food program that will deliver 50,000 hot meals to city residents impacted by Texas' freezing weather conditions.
