Circadian clock gene Rev-erb linked to dawn phenomenon in type 2 diabetes

(Baylor College of Medicine) Researchers found that mice lacking the circadian clock gene called Rev-erb in the brain show characteristics similar to those of human dawn phenomenon in type2 diabetes.
