Centers for Disease Control plans emergency meeting to review heart inflammation following COVID vaccination

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has scheduled an emergency meeting next week to review an unusually high number of cases of heart inflammation -- particularly among teen boys and young men -- following the second doses of the mRNA-based Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.
