Tourigny hoping to give Coyotes 'fresh start'

The Phoenix Coyotes announced the hiring of new coach André Tourigny on Thursday, hoping the veteran NHL assistant and major junior coach can turn around a franchise that has missed the postseason seven of the past eight seasons.
