Capitals, G Samsonov agree on 1-year, $2M pact

Goaltender Ilya Samsonov, 24, a restricted free agent who posted a 13-4-1 mark last season with two shutouts, re-signed with the Washington Capitals on Monday, agreeing to a one-year, $2 million contract.
