Nintendo's Switch Online 'Expansion Pack' costs $50/year, launches October 25th

Nintendo held a Direct video presentation this morning, announcing two major updates for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. One is a free bit of DLC, and the other is a paid, $25 expansion called Happy Home Paradise.Unexpectedly, Nintendo used this announcement to reveal the price of the upcoming Switch Online "expansion pack."
