Judge: V. Bryant won't need mental exam for suit

A U.S. Magistrate judge said Los Angeles county's motion to compel a psychiatric evaluation of Vanessa Bryant was untimely. Bryant's invasion-of-privacy lawsuit is scheduled to begin in February.
