Kingsbury: QB Murray will sit if not at 'high level'

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray needs to be healthy enough to play at a "high level" from the pocket despite a sprained left ankle in order to play Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers, coach Kliff Kingsbury said.
