ITF prez pushes diplomacy to resolve Peng case

ITF president David Haggerty, a member of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee board of directors, called for behind-the-scenes negotiations to ensure the well-being of Peng Shuai and does not want to "punish a billion people" to resolve the case.
