Shares closed up 4.2 percent at $10.74 on the first day of trading on Monday, after chairman and CEO Gildo Zegna rang the bell at the Stock Exchange, flanked by members of his family, artistic director Alessandro Sartori and Thom Browne, together with his CEO Rodrigo Bazan.
