FDA shortens Moderna booster interval to five months from six, for those 18 and older

With omicron spreading like wildfire, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration shortened the booster interval time for Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine to five months, from six, after the first two doses are completed. The new guidelines apply to those aged 18 and up.
