2022 Venice Biennale Artists Announced

The upcoming 2022 Venice Biennale will feature the most diverse lineup in the event's history. Organizers for the arts organization announced that the 213 artists to feature in the 59th edition, titled "The Milk of Dreams" will largely comprise of women and gender-nonconforming artists who seek to challenge "the figure of men as the center of the universe," according to a statement by the event's director, Cecilia Alemani.
