Soto: Nationals made $350M offer before lockout

Nationals outfielder Juan Soto, who has a .301 batting average in his four MLB seasons, told ESPN that he was offered a 13-year, $350 million extension -- which would be the third-highest in MLB history -- prior to the lockout.
