Walton Goggins has been cast in Amazon Prime Video's live-action Fallout series adaptation.While details of the veteran actor's character were not revealed, Deadline reports that Goggins will take on a lead role as a Ghoul -- a human or animal that have mutated due to prolonged exposure to radiation.
