Western Elders Drops Its Second "Harvest Festival" Collection

New York-based streetwear brand Western Elders is back with a second offering for its "Harvest Festival" collection. The collection pays homage to Ghana's Homowo Festival, which remembers the extreme hunger and famine that occurred in Ghanian history.
