Sources: 1B Alonso, Mets agree on 1 year, $7.4M

Pete Alonso, coming off a season in which he led the New York Mets in nearly every major batting category, agreed with the team on a one-year, $7.4 million deal to avoid arbitration, sources told ESPN.
