Bulls rule out Lonzo for remainder of season

Bulls guard Lonzo Ball is still experiencing pain in his left knee with "high-level physical activity" and will be shut down for the remainder of the season. He was averaging 13.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5.1 assists.
