Rangers fall to Hurricanes, who win Metropolitan Division title with victory at Garden

Vincent Trochek had a goal and an assist, rookie Pyotr Kochetkov stopped 31 shots and the Carolina Hurricanes beat the Rangers 4-3 Tuesday night to clinch the Metropolitan Division title.
