George R.R. Martin Says Not All Game of Thrones Characters Who Survived the Show Will Live In the Books

In a new blog on his website, Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin wrote about how the books are increasingly departing from the HBO series, saying that not all characters who survived the show will live through Winds of Winter and beyond.
