Delay in TDS return filing may cost ₹10k penalty, ₹200 late fee per day

Apart from the late fee of ₹200 per day till the time of failure in filing TDS returns, the taxpayer will also be liable for a penalty of minimum of ₹10,000 which can go up to ₹1 lakh.
