Developers set to start construction in the fall of 364 luxury apartments for high end renters in Waukegan

Delany Point received its final approval when the Waukegan City Council unanimously approved its plans Monday at City Hall clearing the way for the developers to take the necessary steps to get a building permit to start construction.
