A Chicago woman has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and concealment of a homicide after her landlord's remains were found inside a freezer at a boarding house on the Northwest Side. Sandra Kolalou, 36, was taken into police custody last Monday after cops showed up to investigate a report of a missing person for 69-year-old Frances Walker, the home's owner.
