Virginia rapper DRAM has released his third studio album, What Had Happened Was... The project marks his first LP release through his new label WAVER Records, having previously been signed to Atlantic/Empire.The album follows DRAM's name change to Shelley FKA DRAM, which doubled as the title of his 2021 LP.
