Comment on CMA probes Farfetch deal for YNAP stake by Steve Sidkin

Given its recent track record, the involvement of the Competition and Markets Authority should cause Richemont and Farfetch concern as the CMA could order that the acquisition of the 47.5% stake does not proceed.
